The forthcoming “La Voz…Mexico,” is expected to be a success story of sorts. The third season run now boasts of one of the most accomplished Latino musician and composer from Mexico.  Singer cum songwriter Marco Antonio Solis has been added into the final list of the panel on the Televisa sponsored La Voz Mexico edition. The decision to include Solis was made on Thursday. Solis who is fondly known as “El Buki,” was added to the final four names of personalities who will be taking charge of the show.

Rich industry experience

Solis has been recognized in the Latino music industry as one of the leading lights in both composing and recording. His careers spans more than 30 years and has earned him numerous accolades including several Latin Grammys, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Billboard’s Latino Artist of the Decade award. Solis will be expected to offer top-notch guidance to contestants who will benefit from his rich experience and fame in the Latino, US and global music industry.

Totally Sold Out Experience

The “Una Noche de Luna” artist is not new to his homeland fans and is known to reform before sold out arenas each time he performs in Latin America. His popularity is not confined to Hispanic countries and he has made significant impact in the music sector in the US and other countries. “La Voz Mexico” has been adapted from the successful Belgian TV reality show “The Voice,” which has also been adapted for TV audiences in other countries.

El Buki will be joining other trainers who were recently named to take part in the third edition. These include the Wisin y Yandel duo, Spanish crooner David Bisbal and female Mexican pop rock icon, Alejandra Guzman. The Voice Mexico has in the past engaged other renowned tropical music artists including Paulina Rubio, Miguel Bose and Alejandro Sanz who was a winner in the inaugural show in Mexico
